MRI - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Which locations offer this service?  -click here-

MRI, short for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, combines the use of radio frequencies and a powerful magnetic field to align the hydrogen atoms in your body, which produces an extremely detailed internal image.

MRI imaging offers much better contrast among soft tissues than CT scan, making it a critical tool in diagnosing neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and oncological disorders and diseases.

In a short period of time, MRI has become the primary imaging modality for diagnostic imaging from head to toe, although some patients, such as those with metal implants and pacemakers, may not be eligible for this test.
